Where do Sally's drafts go, and how do I approve them?

They land on the Sally page, the sparkle in your left menu. Read each draft, tweak it if you like, then Approve & send or Dismiss. Nothing is sent until you say so.

Where it lives

Open Sally near the bottom of the left menu. On your phone it's the sparkle in the middle of the bottom bar. The page has two parts: To review, the drafts waiting on you, and Sent, what actually went out, to whom, on which channel and when. If you've been with us a while, this is the page that used to be called Follow-ups; your drafts and history are exactly where you left them. How Sally talks and what she knows moved to SettingsSally on your websiteVoice & greeting.

1: Sally in the left menu. 2: one draft card: who it's for, why it was suggested, the message, and the three choices. Names are a sample salon, not yours.

Approve a draft

  1. Read the card

Each card shows who it's for, why Sally suggested it, and the drafted message. When there's nothing waiting, the page tells you you're all caught up.

  2. Edit if you like

Click into the text and change anything so it sounds exactly like you. On Growth and Pro you can also ask Sally to rewrite a draft you don't love.

  3. Approve & send, or Dismiss

Happy? Click Approve & send. Not needed? Dismiss. Either way the card leaves the queue.

You'll see: the message appear under Sent within a few seconds, with the channel it went on.

What creates a draft

  • You flag a chat for reviewA warm follow-up to that customer
  • A callback lead goes quietA gentle nudge so they don't fall through
  • A regular is due to rebookRebooking nudges on
  • A client has drifted awayWin-back on
  • Tomorrow needs confirmingConfirm tomorrow on

Each of those has an on/off switch under Reminders. Turn one off and that kind of draft stops appearing.

Chats that didn't book

Near the bottom of To review is a collapsed panel of recent conversations that produced no booking and no callback: someone asked the price of balayage and went quiet, someone wanted a Sunday you don't open. It covers the last 14 days, leaves out anything that converted, and it's review material rather than a to-do list. Three people asking for the same missing service is a menu decision, not a lost chat. Email addresses and phone numbers are stripped before a transcript is stored, and our privacy policy tells customers you may review these.

What it won't do

Honest by designNothing on this page is sent until you approve it. Sally drafts; she never messages a customer on your behalf without your sign-off.
Plan noteEveryone sees the drafts Sally wrote. Free and Starter can read them but not send; they stay put if you upgrade. Growth approves one at a time and can ask for a rewrite. Pro adds Approve all for a whole batch. Compare plans.

Common questions

Where did the Customers and Teach tabs go?

They're now under Settings › Sally on your website: tone and reply length in Voice & greeting, and the facts you teach her in What Sally knows. Same settings, one home.

Can I approve everything at once?

On Pro, yes: Approve all sends every draft in the queue in one go. On Growth you approve them one by one.

A draft went to the wrong person

Drafts pull the name and contact from the client record. Check it under Clients; if two records are merged or an email is stale, fix it there and the next draft is right.
