Create your free account at app.suddenly.co.nz/signup. No card needed. While you're setting up, Set up sits at the very top of the left menu and keeps a checklist of what's done and what's left, so you can stop and come back any time.

Enter your email and a password. You land straight in your dashboard.
You'll see: the Set up checklist with four short jobs.Start from your Google listing
Type your business name and suburb, or paste your Google link. We pull your name, hours, address, photos and reviews and turn them into services, opening hours and a free bookable page. No Google listing? Choose to enter services, prices, team and hours by hand instead.
You'll see: your services and hours filled in for you to check, and a link to your new page.Review, then put Sally on your site
Tweak prices and policies (deposits, cancellations), pick your business type so Sally speaks your trade's language, and optionally connect Google Calendar. Then share your free page, or copy the one-line snippet for your own website.
You'll see: a live preview of your booking page and the embed code, ready to paste.Go live
Use Try your assistant to ask Sally a few questions the way a customer would, then publish. Customers can now book you day or night.
You'll see: the Set up item disappears from the menu and Home shows your day.

What to switch on next
Once bookings are flowing, these earn their keep: deposits or confirm-to-hold on higher-value services, reminders so fewer people forget, Google review requests after a visit, rebooking nudges for regulars, and the waitlist for full days.

Common questions
Do I need a website to use Suddenly Sorted?
No. Every account gets a free bookable page built from your Google listing. If you already have a site, you can add Sally to it with one line of code as well. See your booking page and embed the widget.
I don't have a Google listing yet. Can I still set up?
Yes. In Set up, choose to enter your details by hand. You'll type your services, prices, team and hours yourself; it takes about ten minutes for a typical salon.
Can I stop halfway and come back later?
Yes. The Set up item stays at the top of your left menu with the checklist exactly where you left it. Nothing goes live until you publish.
