Can customers book a group, or two services in one visit?

Yes, on your booking page. The Who's this booking for? step offers Just me or A group, and each person picks their own service. You see the party as one tagged group in Bookings and one chip per chair on the calendar, and you can confirm or cancel the lot together.

Where it lives

There's nothing to switch on. Group and multi-service visits arrive through your booking page and show up in Bookings with a Group of N tag, or a Visit tag for one person's back-to-back services. On the Calendar each chair appears as its own chip under the right team member. The rules that make it work, durations, cleanup time and who does what, live under SettingsYour businessServices & team.

1: Bookings in the left menu. 2: a party of three, one row per person, each tagged with its seat. Click the tag to select the whole party.

How a customer books it

  1. They pick a service, then answer Who's this booking for?

The step offers Just me or A group. There's also a Booking for 2 or more? pill under the service list that jumps straight to the group option.

  2. Each person gets a service

For a group, they add a service per person. For just me, extra services are add-ons and are booked back to back in one visit.

You'll see: only times where every chair in the party is free with someone who does that service.
  3. They choose a team member, or No preference

No preference lets the page split the party across whoever is free and able, which is what makes a busy Saturday still fit a group of three.

In the chat, Sally books the simple case herself: a same-service group at one time. For mixed services or back-to-back visits she sends the customer to the booking page, where the per-person steps make it easy to get right.

The three shapes it handles

  • Same service, all at onceThree cuts at 11, one chair each
  • Mixed services, same timeColour for mum, cut for daughter
  • One person, two servicesCut then colour, in order

Behind the scenes each service only lands on someone who does it and is genuinely free, the cleanup time you set sits between stacked services, and a service with longer minimum notice holds the whole visit to the right earliest time.

What it won't do

Honest by designIt never double-books a chair, and cancelling or moving a group acts on the whole party through the shared booking, so half a group is never left stranded. If your team is set to does all services for everyone, a group can be assigned to anyone; tighten that under Team if it matters.
Plan noteGroup and multi-service bookings are on every plan. Each person in a group counts as one booking towards your monthly allowance.

Common questions

Can I confirm or cancel the whole party at once?

Yes. Click the Group tag on any row to select every member, then use the bulk bar to confirm, cancel or export them together.

Does a deposit apply to each person?

If a service has a deposit, each person booking that service pays their own. A confirm-to-hold link, on the other hand, confirms the whole party with one tap.

Can two people share one team member back to back?

Yes. If only one person does that service, the page offers consecutive times rather than the same time, and tells the customer so.
